Every cart I make in Picotron, is completely made with and in Picotron. No external tools. Some of these carts run windowed so they will show the Picotron desktop.

Picotron carts are flat files so you can't get to the files inside of them. In order to work with a VCS they files need to be separate. Comit stores the files of your cart in its appdata folder so you can track it with a VCS.
